Here, we thoughtfully combine an eco-farm, guesthouse, restaurant, and microbrewery all in one location.
In the expansive area, you’ll find the farm operating on vast pastures, a guesthouse with a capacity of 29 beds, a brewery with a restaurant, pavilions for grilling or relaxing by the bathing pond. The gem of the site is the game reserve, where we raise deer, mouflons, and fallow deer, next to which is our pond, Vnouček.
Farm
The certified eco-farm Horní Chrášťany manages a total area of 240 hectares of pastures, with a primary focus on raising cattle. We treat all animals on the farm as members of the family, so you’ll immediately see the herds grazing on the pastures upon arrival.
We take pride in preserving the legacy of the farm’s founder, Milan Jungwirth, a passionate hunter and nature lover. Thanks to him, the farm now features a game reserve where you can find a nearly hundred-strong herd of fallow deer, around twenty mouflons, and Dybowski’s sika deer. A special highlight is the presence of three rare milu deer.
Guesthouse
Animals, silence, and tranquility.
Stylish accommodation at the newly renovated eco-farm with a capacity for 29 guests. Originally a farm building, it now features unique attic spaces transformed into several comfortable apartments and rooms. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and showers. There is also a family apartment with its own kitchenette.
Each room includes a TV, WiFi, and high-quality mattresses to ensure a good night’s sleep. The property offers parking, including covered parking for motorcycles, a common room, and a sauna. For business clients, there is also a meeting room with conference facilities.
