GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS for providing accommodation and other services.
1. Formation of a contractual relationship
The contractual relationship between the customer and the operator of the boarding house “Ekofarma Horní Chrášťany” is governed by the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code and the below general conditions, which the customer confirms by signing the order. A contractual relationship is established by submitting a signed order for services and proof of payment of the deposit or by signing the accommodation book. The customer is responsible for the truthfulness of the data he provides.
2. Method of ordering and payment
By signing the order and paying the deposit, the customer is entitled to reserve the ordered services at the specified prices. The deposit is set at 100% of the total price of the ordered services. When making a deposit, the customer will receive a tax receipt for the received payment. In the case of a reservation 3 working days before the start of the stay, the customer pays the price of the stay upon arrival at the boarding house reception. The operator has the right to demand a deposit of CZK 1,000 from the client at the start of the rental for any damages caused. The owner issues an income document for the amount and returns the deposit or bills it to the client at the end of the lease.
3. Liability and Claims
The operator is responsible for truthful and undistorted information to customers. The customer is entitled to make any complaints only during the stay and directly with the accommodation provider. The number of accommodated persons must never exceed the number of persons listed in the accommodation voucher. The owner has the right to immediately expel persons who exceed the number specified in the voucher from the building or prevent them from entering.
4. Insurance
Insurance is not included in the prices of services mediated by the provider, and customers use these services at their own risk.
5. Cancellation terms
The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before the start of the stay. The order can be canceled in writing or by email, exclusively by the person who submitted it. The date of delivery of the cancellation is decisive for determining the amount of the cancellation fee. Withdrawal by the client must be made in writing (letter or email) and verifiably delivered to the boarding house (in the case of email, request confirmation of receipt). Unless otherwise specified in the addendum, the following cancellation fees will be charged to the customer in case of order cancellation: • up to 30 days before the start date of the stay without a cancellation fee • from 29 to 15 days before the start date of the stay 50% of the accommodation price • from 14 to 3 days before the start date of the stay 80% of the accommodation price • in case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the accommodation price and 100% of the meal price on the first day of the stay. .
6. Check-in and check-out accommodation
Arrival at the accommodation is possible from 3:00 p.m. End of stay no later than 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the reservation.
7. Meals
Breakfast for accommodated guests is included in the price for all days of stay. Breakfast is served in the designated room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
8. Operating regulations
Each accommodated guest is obliged to follow the operating rules, which are located in each room and freely available at the reception.
9. Personal data of the customer
By signing the order, the customer confirms his consent to the storage of his personal data in the provider’s database. The provider undertakes to use this data only for internal purposes related to the customer’s orders and informing about news in the guesthouse no more than twice a year.
10. Final Provisions
These “general terms and conditions” take effect on June 1, 2019 and are an integral part of the contractual relationship between the customer and the provider. The customer familiarizes himself with these conditions when submitting the order and accepts them by signing the order.
